If there is a cannabis strain probably every pothead has most likely at least heard about White Widow, one of the most legendary classics of all times, but Ice might be a different story. Ice is a special Indica hybrid said to come from the province Kerala of the Indian peninsula and was allegedly bred to be extremely rich in resin.
So, White Widow XL is actually the offspring of a legend and a fairy tale. The trailing XL in the name does not refer to the size of the plants, that’s for sure – the maximum height in an indoor plantation is 60cm; outdoors the plants have the potential to scratch at the 2 meter mark. White Widow XL requires lots of sunlight, but she will perform well even in the colder regions of Europe.
Reared indoors you can expect a yield of roughly 500g/m² after 9 weeks of flowering – outdoors the harvest per plant can reach 100g. The flavor of the savored buds is that of pine at first, but then evolves into something more lemony. White Widow XL is great company to hang out with, she stimulates the brain while relaxing the body at the same time.
