At StrainSupermarket.com, we’re a small, close-knit team and we genuinely care about every order that leaves our hands. We work hard to offer high-quality collectible seeds at fair prices, and we want you to feel confident when you shop with us.
This Refund Policy explains when and how we can help if something goes wrong with your order.
1. Germination & Performance Disclaimer
Our products are sold as collectible, dormant cannabis seeds for souvenir, preservation and adult novelty purposes only.
Due to the number of variables involved (such as storage conditions, handling, and—where legal—any later use), we are unable to guarantee germination, performance, or specific results. Once seeds leave our care, we have no way to verify how they are stored or used.
For that reason, we cannot offer refunds or replacements based solely on germination or growth-related outcomes, even in countries where germination may be legal.
What we do guarantee is that we supply genuine, high-quality seeds sourced with care, at prices that are as accessible and fair as we can make them.
2. Problems With Your Order
If there is a genuine issue with your order, we will always do our best to put it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- you received the wrong items
- items arrived damaged in transit
- part of your order is missing
When you contact us, include:
- your order number
- a brief description of the issue
- clear photographs where relevant (e.g. damaged packaging)
We will review your case and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
3. Returns
For safety, product integrity, and legal reasons, we cannot accept returns of seeds once they have been dispatched and especially once packaging has been opened.
Please make sure your order details are correct before completing checkout. If you’ve made a genuine mistake, get in touch as soon as possible and we’ll see if we can amend it before the order is processed.
4. Freebies & Goodwill
We’re known for adding generous freebies to orders wherever we can. These are provided as a goodwill extra and may vary depending on stock, promotions, and order size.
If you’ve had a genuine issue with an order in the past, please mention it when you next order. Where possible, we’ll note it on your account and look to upgrade your freebies as a gesture of goodwill.
