We get it—you’re excited about your seeds sprouting into something magical! 🌱✨ But here’s the deal: due to the unpredictable nature of growing, and all those tiny factors like temperature, light, and a sprinkle of luck (hey, we all need it sometimes!), we simply can’t guarantee germination. There are too many variables outside our control, and let’s be honest—it’s tough for us to verify exactly what happens after the seeds leave our hands. 🤷‍♂️

So while we’re rooting for your garden to thrive, we can’t offer refunds or replacements based on germination alone. However, we do promise we’re delivering you seeds of the highest quality at some of the lowest prices you’ll find anywhere! 💰🔥

How Refunds Work 💌

If there’s an issue with your order (wrong items, damaged goods, etc.), we want to make it right—ASAP! 🚀 Here’s what to do:

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Snap a photo of any issues and send it over to our team.
2. We’ll review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or a refund.
3. Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns on seeds for obvious reasons—once they’re shipped, they’re yours. But we’ll always work with you to find a happy solution😊
