We’re very sorry but unfortunately the card details you have entered do not exactly match with your card provider so we have been unable to take payment and complete your order, common errors include:
- Not entering middle name or middle initial – the name must match EXACTLY what is printed on your card
- Name abbreviations – if the name printed on your card is John Smith the system will NOT accept Mr Smith/Mr J Smith or J Smith, it will only complete if the card name is entered exactly as it appears on the card.
- Billing address entered incorrectly – this must match exactly with the address registered with your card provider.
Please reorder and type the card details exactly as they are printed on the card. Any missing letters or initials will fail the card verification, please ensure the details are entered correctly to successfully complete your order.
